We have an investment committee process which includes analyzing the team’s ability to execute, the product, the business model, as well as the synergies with our supply chain and logistic business.
But essentially the startup would need to be:
- Scalable (across different geographical markets)
- Repeatable (repeatable business model)
- High gross margin business
